I am a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst in training under supervision who provides psychotherapy in English and Albanian in Vienna, both online and in-person, to clients who experience struggles in various areas, such as: challenging life periods, unsatisfying relationships, traumatic experiences, etc.
I was born in Tirana, Albania during a period of great upheaval: a changing political system from communist to democratic, then followed by the implications of the Kosovo War. Therefore, turbulent times and their effect on one´s psyche are no strange phenomenon to me. On the contrary, I have learned to use my experience as a tool of empathy in my work, to connect with my
clients and help them out of a challenging life situation.
Over the last 6+ years in the psychotherapy field I have incorporated various approaches, from psychodynamic to more instructive forms of therapy that ensure my clients support and competent guidance in every step of their journey."
